Working with some of London’s leading Naturopathic Health Practitioners, we have developed a holistic programme to support women’s physical and mental health through and after pregnancy.
Nutritional support is vital for your mental health, in particular, to help prevent post-partum depression. We offer personalised nutritional plans to help you to restore your energy levels, rebuild your immune system, and improve your mood.
We offer this alongside a brief psychotherapy programme, giving you some space to explore how becoming a mother is beginning to affect your sense of your Self.
Care and support for when pregnancy doesn’t go to plan
Pregnancy and birth is not without risk - sometimes things are more difficult than we anticipated.
We offer open-ended individual psychotherapy to men and women who need help to process painful, traumatic experiences.
We also offer couples therapy to help you explore how the unexpected event has affected your relationship.
Finally, we offer small group therapy for women who have suffered pregnancy trauma, as well as on-line support groups.
